Privacy Policy
The short version: LastMark collects nothing. What you add stays on your iPhone.
LastMark’s App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected. We don’t run a server that could receive your data, even if we wanted it.
Who we are
LastMark is made by Vaka Studio. This policy covers the LastMark app and the waitlist on vakastudio.com. If you have any question about it, write to support@vakastudio.com.
The app
What LastMark stores
The items you add (a name and an emoji), the dates you log for them, and when each item was created. That’s all.
Where it’s stored
Only on your iPhone, inside LastMark’s own storage, which its Home Screen widgets also read. It is never sent to us or anyone else.
What LastMark doesn’t do
- No account or sign-in.
- No internet connection of any kind. The app contains no networking code.
- No analytics, advertising, tracking or third-party SDKs.
- No access to your contacts, photos, location, health data or notifications.
Backups
Like any app, LastMark’s data may be included in the iPhone backups you make with iCloud or a computer. Apple handles those under your own settings, not us.
Deleting your data
Delete an item from its Edit screen, or delete the app to remove everything at once. We never receive your data, so there’s nothing to delete on our side.
The waitlist
If you join a waitlist on this website, we store your email address, which app you signed up for, where you came from if the link said so (for example “youtube”), and when you signed up.
We use your email for one thing: a single message when that app launches. After the launch email goes out, we delete the list. We never sell or share it, and we never add you to a newsletter.
To slow down spam, the site keeps a one-way scrambled version of your IP address for up to a day. It can’t be turned back into your address.
Want off the list before launch? Email support@vakastudio.com from the same address and we’ll delete it.
Your rights
Because the app collects nothing, there is no app data we could show, correct or delete. For the waitlist, you can at any time ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent by asking to be removed. Email support@vakastudio.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
This website
vakastudio.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts or fonts. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which stores the waitlist on our behalf and processes standard request information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Children
LastMark is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If LastMark ever starts collecting data, we’ll say so here and in the App Store listing first.
